The Get Ready Podcast has been covering practical preparedness since 2021. We built an audience of serious-minded people who want structured intelligence, not doomsday fuel. After years of manually researching areas for our own households and our community, we built the tool that didn't exist.
Get Ready is built by a small team with backgrounds in intelligence analysis, software engineering, and emergency management. We prep ourselves. We use this product. We are accountable to the community we built it for — and if that changes, you'll hear about it from us directly before you hear about it anywhere else.

Do you store my address?
Not unless you enter one. ZIP-only mode is the default and generates a complete study based on your ZIP code. If you want to enter a specific address for higher precision, that's opt-in.
Can I use a VPN?
Yes. The product works with VPNs. We don't use IP geolocation for any core functionality.
Do you sell my data?
No. We are a subscription business. Our incentive is for you to find the product valuable, not to monetize your personal information.
What happens to my study if I cancel?
Your study stays accessible as long as your account exists. If you delete your account, your data is removed within 24 hours.
How is this different from just Googling my area?
